VIZN was founded in 2017 as a passion alongside my studies of architecture and ended up as a studio that today helps projects look exactly as good as they deserve.
We don't save the world or make "wow visualizations." We make images that give meaning to architecture — based on drawings, BIM data, and design intent, not random references from the internet.
We see visualizations as a working tool. They are meant to help architects explain a project, developers sell it, and everyone else understand what they are actually looking at. If they look good, we take it for granted.

1.What are 3D visualizations?
Photorealistic visualizations are 3D visual outputs that closely mimic the actual appearance of an interior or building. They work with realistic lighting, materials, textures, and atmosphere so that the result looks like a photograph of the finished space.
2. Who are visualizations suitable for?
They are intended primarily for architects, interior designers, developers, real estate agencies and investors. They are used for project presentations, real estate sales, marketing materials or competitions.
3. How much do visualizations cost?
The price depends on the scope of the project, the type of visualization (interior, exterior), the level of detail and the number of views. We price each project individually. After a short consultation, we will prepare a non-binding quote for you.
4. How long does it take to create visualizations?
The standard processing time is approximately 5–10 working days, depending on the complexity of the project and the quality of the submitted documents. We will determine the exact date after reviewing the assignment.
5. Are modifications and revisions included in the price?
Yes. The collaboration also includes revision rounds, during which materials, colors or details can be fine-tuned based on client feedback. The number of revisions is always agreed upon in advance.
6. What documents do I need to provide?
Usually, floor plans, sections, views, or a 3D model or a brief description of the idea are sufficient. If some documents are missing, we can help you supplement them during a consultation.
